KeySource Project Synopsis: Assist the Client in the development of a Corporate Strategic Plan and corresponding Site Action Plans. The Client is a company of 1,500 employees and annual revenue of $250 million. The Client conducts business in more than a dozen countries and employs in excess of twenty thousand people worldwide.

Project Description
In January of 2001, The KeySource Group was contracted to develop an actionable plan that integrated and aligned marketing, operations and business management systems in support of defined strategic objectives. The project also included training modules for each of the three management systems. (874-1) (874-2)
To accomplish the project, we provided the services noted in the accompanying table.
Client's strategic framework included a comprehensive analysis and covered:

Accounting and Operational Controls
Since this project was an integral part of our Client's annual strategic planning cycle and was the first time they had engaged consulting services in the process, both Schedule and Budget controls were exceptionally important.
Using KeySource PRIME accounting and operational controls, were able to aggressively manage this project and complete the process two months ahead of schedule and 7% under budget.
Technical Skills
To accomplish the project, we executed the KeySource INSPIRE© (Integrated Strategic Planning & Review Enterprise), integrating all strategic aspects of operational, organizational, financial, and other critical business issues into an implementation plan complete with performance measurements and critical milestone scheduling.
Sections 1.0 through 6.0 of the planning process required extensive consulting and facilitation. In establishing an accurate baseline from which to plan, the Situational Analysis and Definition of Strategic Outcomes were critical. (874-1) (874-2)
