Keith spent 21 years as a member of BW's leadership team where he was provided ample opportunities for professional growth. His responsibilities included the start-up of several business units, joint ventures, and subsidiary companies. Keith served as V. P. Business Development of the Federal Projects Division as BW grew rapidly into one of the DOE's largest services provider (600% growth in four years).  Keith began his career with BW serving in management positions supporting the U.S. DOE Naval Reactors program.
