Marianne K. Coberly is Vice President of Administrative Services for KeySource, Inc., and KeySource Thomas Thor. Whether overseeing business administration, contracts, or directing logistical needs on behalf of a client, Marianne is committed to efficient and compliant productivity.

Supporting KeySource Thomas Thor, Marianne focuses on client success and business responsiveness, often providing the research team with investigative information, report writing, editing, and logistics management.

Accounting & Business Administration

An astute business and administration manager, Marianne is responsible for the daily accounting and the logistics of running three separate entities.  Her attention to detail ensures all business activities conform to government regulations and procedures. 

Overseeing and managing KeySource's accounting systems, Marianne's responsibilities include: AR/AP, payroll, month-end close, year-end projects and reports. Additional responsibilities include auditing sub-contractor expenses, managing credit lines, and coordinating associated disbursements.

Human Resources & Employee Relations

With a background in human resources and employee relations, Marianne manages the benefits programs for KeySource employees and associates.  In this capacity, she coordinates all hiring and on-boarding activities including managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Marianne serves as the primary contact for KeySource Associates providing them administrative support to ensure timely expense and reimbursements, as well as thoroughly reviewing contract requirements for pass-down to subcontractors and regularly conducting quality assurance reviews for compliance.

Prior to KeySource

Prior to joining KeySource in 2004, Marianne worked as a Benefits Coordinator at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, DC. Her responsibilities focused on the administration of benefits to over 250 lawyers and approximately 650 staff persons including health and dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and worker's compensation benefits.

Marianne effectively interfaced with Covington & Burling's personnel, insurance carriers, brokers, and consultants to efficiently administer the benefits programs and resolve outstanding problems.  Marianne also worked in the Human Resources Department of Covington & Burling where she assisted with employee orientations, exit interviews, salary advances, and loans. Her earlier contributions in the Accounting Department included supervising seven employees in Accounts Payable.

After graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics from Willamette University, Marianne began her career at Sysco/Continental Foods in the Accounting Department. Marianne was responsible for the work-flow of approximately $111 million in invoices per year. She supervised five payable processors and managed the daily challenges of the department. She was well respected for her ability to resolve problems and effectively communicate with the many vendors and department supervisors.
