As a senior researcher, Janet is a critical problem solver conducting in-depth investigations to identify candidates through multiple resource channels.  Her innate interest and thorough client and competitor analysis have assisted in the development and generation of ample candidates even for the most challenging search projects.  Janet's tireless efforts have often provided alternate ideas for improving resource streams resulting in the expansion of the pool of qualified and desirable candidates leading to several successful placements.

Janet is a tenacious and organized professional who constantly collaborates with the search team to identify the brightest and most desirable leadership candidates on behalf of search clients.  Her exceptional dedication and commitment to continually apply lessons learned has assisted in the development of KeySource Thomas Thor's high quality recruiting process.

As a result of her attention to detail and organizational capabilities, Janet also manages KeySource Thomas Thor's eLibrary, which is a proprietary internal Information database.  Managing the database requires her to maintain general industry, candidate, and company information to establish effective sourcing strategies upholding KeySource Thomas Thor’s high standards for detail and maintaining the accuracy of records.

Since joining Keysource Thomas Thor in 2008, Janet has taken on progressive responsibilities with regard to executive recruiting, including project research, coordination, and information management.  She is an excellent communicator and effective writer often called upon to provide critical business services during extended periods of company growth.

Prior to KeySource Thomas Thor

Janet is a gifted and creative artist, prior to joining KeySource Thomas Thor, she served for more than six years as an Executive Pastry Chef at several well-known Cleveland area restaurants. Her responsibilities included:  event planning, creative development, cost and pricing control, and restaurant management.

Genuinely committed to improving her community, Janet maintains volunteer positions with a number of non-profit and volunteer organizations providing support and direction in fund-raising, administration and publicity.  Janet graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Minor in German studies.
