Keith M. Wing serves as President, CEO and Principal Consultant of KeySource, Inc., bringing 38 years of experience in the U.S. defense, energy, environmental, and aerospace industries and from international projects in Germany, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The majority of his professional experience has been dedicated to the nuclear industry. Whether managing highly technical programs or leading multi-billion dollar business planning initiatives, Keith has demonstrated an ability to be creative and strategic, to unbundle complex business challenges, to develop talent and build effective teams, and deliver the full potential of organizations through disciplined planning and implementation processes.

KeySource is called upon to help manage and facilitate strategic planning initiatives for sustainable business growth. Keith also serves as Project Manager and Business Advisor to KeySource Thomas Thor, an affiliate company focused on executive search and talent acquisition for growing and learning companies in the nuclear industry.
Prior to co-founding KeySource in 2001, Keith served as Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Morrison Knudsen Corporation’s Federal Projects Division. With Morrison Knudsen’s acquisition of Westinghouse Government Services and Raytheon Federal Engineers & Constructors, Keith helped forge the company’s federal businesses into a profitable full-service projects division with $375 million in annual revenue on more than 50 projects. The Division’s 2,250 employees achieved 20 million work-hours without a lost time accident.
Keith previously served as Sr. Vice President of Morrison Knudsen’s Government Services Group responsible for the strategic planning and business development efforts merging MK Federal Projects and Westinghouse Government Services into a consolidated operating unit with $2.5 billion in annual revenues and budget authority.
In 1998, Keith was named MK Federal Project’s Vice President, Business Development, building a dynamic program that won contracts in 25 states in the DOE, DOD, EPA and DOI market segments. In a two-year span, Federal Projects new contracts bookings doubled.
Before joining MK, Keith served as Vice President, Business Development for Babcock & Wilcox in their nuclear services division. In four years, he supported startup for seven new company subsidiaries, increasing revenues sixfold from $75 million to $525 million, while expanding BWXT’s market position from key subcontractor to prime contractor status.
Keith’s earlier assignments include Manager, Manufacturing Engineering & Information Systems for Babcock & Wilcox Company Aerospace Components Division where he led projects for NASA. Keith was granted two U.S. patents and received the NASA award in 1993 for "Outstanding Contributor" to a NASA Design Program on the Space Shuttle Program to re-design the solid rocket motors.
Keith also served as Program Manager on the U.S. Navy’s Aircraft Carrier Reactor Program after having managed the manufacturing department responsible for fabrication of Navy nuclear power generation components, overseeing eight manufacturing engineering units in a one million square-foot fabrication facility.
